All products are made in a home kitchen and may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. Bunch & Batter does not guarantee any product to be allergen-free.

All Bunch & Batter cookies are made fresh from scratch and are best enjoyed within a few days of receiving them.

• Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days

• Refrigerate for up to 5 days

• Freeze for longer storage (up to 2 months)

For the best experience, warm cookies in the microwave for 5–10 seconds to bring back that soft, gooey texture.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

• No refunds will be issued for missed pickups or incorrect delivery information

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours at bunchandbatter@gmail.com with photos and order details

Approved issues may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Local Pickup

Pickup is available at: Bunch & Batter- 116 Greenridge Dr. Greenville, SC 29607

Pickup Times:

• Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Sunday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the scheduled time. Orders not picked up within the designated window are not eligible for refunds. Please contact bunchandbatter@gmail.com if you need to schedule pickup outside of these times.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for an additional fee.

• Delivery is charged at $1 per mile from our listed address

• Delivery availability and timing will be coordinated after your order is placed

• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout

Shipping

Shipping is available through USPS.

• Standard shipping fee is $10

• If shipping costs exceed this amount, Bunch & Batter will contact you prior to fulfillment

• Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier transit times

• Orders may arrive within 3 days of the selected date

Once an order has been shipped, Bunch & Batter is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
